Why this domain
Transformation was the last decade's mandate. AI is this one's.
For years this address carried my profile as a digital transformation executive in German banking and fintech. The work has not changed in kind, only in weight: the question is no longer whether an organization digitizes, but who owns what its AI systems decide.
Today I lead hypefrei, an AI venture studio that builds AI-supported products and workflows. I build with the technology myself, every day, rather than describing it on slides. That is what I bring into the boardroom.
